The Super Soaker Pens were novelty squirt pens available during the early years of the Super Soakers. Due to their small size, the Super Soaker Pens work similarly to small squirt pistols with the pen squirting with every push of the pump/cap.
The Super Soaker Pen is filled by unscrewing the pen's tip. The pen, while functional as a writing instrument, does not use a standard ink cartridge; thus once the ink is used up, there is no easy way to refill it.
Not surprisingly, the pen does not hold a lot of water. Then again, this squirter is meant more for quick pranks or distractions and not meant to be used in any serious water fight. Once the reservoir pen cap is attached, making the Super Soaker Pen shoot is simply a matter of depressing its back side and ensuring that one's fingers are not covering the small opening at the top of the pen.
Being pump-based, firing a continuous stream is not possible. Due to the size of the opening, the stream is rather thin. However, in a windless environment (i.e. indoors), the range of the stream is quite surprising, especially given the small size of this device.
Overall, the Super Soaker Pen is a cute, functional novelty device with decent water spraying capability. While not meant for the serious water warfare battlefield, its small size and easy of pocketing makes it great for quick, indoor snipes, perfect for coaxing in friends, co-workers, and colleagues into joining in on a real water war in the future. Just be sure not to hit anyone's personal electronics when using these; it's all fun and games until a phone or laptop gets fried.

Description:
I don't know when it came out but I found a batch of them at a small shop. The SS:Pen is a single shot pump style 'gun', although it shoots surprisingly far for its size. The nozzle is around the size of the CS nozzles, perhaps smaller. The body of the pen is the reservoir and the sliding end is the pump. The SS:Pen comes with black ink.Opinion: The SS:Pen would prove useless in any typical battle as it is a pump style soaker. This 'pen' has a surprising range and would be perfect for any indoor battles.
Pros: Small, light, doubles as a pen
Cons: Small, pump action, CS sized nozzle
