The Nerf Super Soaker CPS 1000 Keychain is a small, novelty pump-based water blaster released in 2024 and manufactured by WowWee under the Nerf Super Soaker brand licensed from Hasbro Inc.
Limited Review .:
Styled after the original Super Soaker CPS 1000 (1998), the Nerf Super Soaker CPS 1000 Keychain is a simple, pump-action water blaster, providing some light-hearted water blasting action. Given its overall size, one should not expect to be able to drench anyone to any significant degree, even if one were able to empty its entire reservoir onto a single target. Given that this blaster and keyring are made of plastic, this keychain would likely be readily scuffed if used for its intended purpose, loaded with several metal keys, and kept in ones pocket or purse. Granted, some may prefer the rugged, worn look so to each their own. For others, the Nerf Super Soaker CPS 1000 Keychain may be better used as a backpack or shoulder bag ornament, attached to an exterior strap or loop via the keychain, ready for a quick fill and mini soaking action should the situation call for it. Regardless of one's preference, it is NOT recommended to leave this blaster filled with water for prolonged periods of time and it is unclear how water tight the blaster is, thus it is not recommended to keep this loaded and in the same compartment as one's cellphone or other water-sensitive items (paper, cards, laptop, etc.)
Outclassed by most regular-sized water blasters, the Nerf Super Soaker CPS 1000 Keychain is best used for sneak surprise attacks as well as for fun decoration and good conversation starters that may help lead to some epic and fun subsequent water battles.
