Specific Details and Rules:
Most would wear black and some sort of tactical vest, for storage of equipment and smoke bombs. The game is always played at night because at night your senses play tricks on you and its a heck of a lot more fun to shoot someone in the dark.
There is a preset area of engagement, usually a bunch of houses around the neighborhood. There are two teams: the Hunters and the Killers. The Killers first go out into the darkness and prepare for their assault on the Hunters (The name of this game was taken from an old war movie. It said "Those who hunt have the advantage, but those who kill are the ones who will survive.") After the preset time has passed, the Hunter team comes outside and attempts to hunt down the other team. Basically the Hunter team goes on a patrol of the territory slowly cutting down the area of movement of the Killer team. Usually the Killer team strikes out of nowhere leaving chaos in their wake. The game is played where one shot kills, meaning if one is hit with a stream for only a second then one must place one's weapon over one's head and yell, "I'm Hit!" before leaving the field of engagement. The game continues until all Hunters or all Killers are eliminated. |
