iS SuperSoaker triplecharge_01tbThe Super Soaker SC Triple Charge is unique in the Super Soaker series. Possibly based on the Super Soaker SC 400, the SC Triple Charge is a pressurized-reservoir-type water blaster with quick fill capabilities. What makes it unique is that its has the ability to change reservoirs while on the field. The reservoirs can be pre-pressurized and/or filled separately at a QFD or at a regular tap. The SC Triple Charge comes with two additional reservoirs, the 2-way QFD and a strap/vest for mounting the reserve reservoirs while on the field. Unfortunately, though a novel idea, the clips which hold the tank to the blaster feel prone to damage. Also, the vest feels of questionable strength, especially when carrying loaded reserve reservoirs. The angle of the reservoir on the blaster forces one to point upwards when firing to make the most of the water.

iS SuperSoaker triplecharge_18tbIn the end, the Super Soaker SC Triple Charge has a good feel to it and would put up a good fight in any small engagement or as a last-resort weapon. However, it not recommended for major water fights or fights where running/climbing is needed.

Pros

Small, light, easy to carry. Despite its size, it packs decent power. It also does not take too much effort to pump up the firing chamber. The additional ability to have two extra pre-charged reservoirs is a nice concept.

Cons

As with any of the air-pressured water weapons, pumping is required between shots to maintain firing rate. The intake tube for firing lies above the level line of the blaster meaning that one needs to point up to use most of the water in the reservoir. One thing to be careful of is the pumping mechanism which extends from the front of the blaster. Also, the weapon's vest/belt does not feel too sturdy and it is not recommendable to run with it if it is carrying two full reserve reservoirs.
