It's Monday... Now, this was a rough start to a new work week! The thermometer I put outside our kitchen window shows that the outside temperature is close to -15C / 0F. Considering that the thermometer is slightly shielded being within the window frame area, the actual temperature is likely a degree or two colder. According to the news, there is some sort of Arctic Vortex pushing down over this part of North America, bringing record lows to many parts of Canada and the United States. Many places including most schools are closed for the day. On the bright side, despite it being cold, I located one of my Super Soaker XP 215s, though I don't think I'll be able to find anyone to go out soaking with me today.
