A working Super Soaker 200 Tank Top is available, but due to its age and rarity, it will not undergo actual battlefield testing. As such, pictures and limited stats were measured, but additional insight into full functionality and durability will not be done at present.
In general, the Super Soaker 200 Tank Top is an interesting Super Soaker-branded tank top from Larami Ltd. It features two front pockets for holding two extra Super Soaker 200 reservoirs and has clips on the side for added security, particularly since fully loaded Super Soaker 200 water bottles would be fairly front-heavy. The thought of attempting to run with these large, cold-water-filled bottles potentially bumping against one's upper torso somehow does not seem like a great idea.
In the end, this is one of those items which is neat to have from a collector's point-of-view and has some value as a specialized equipment carrier on the water warfare field, akin to the Super Soaker Battlepack. Of course, many other true backpacks also possess external pockets and straps that could also readily be used for toting equipment around, but this is one of the few pieces of apparel bearing the Super Soaker brand.
